liability company, that practices in several areas of the law including
foreclosure defense, Chapter 13 bankruptcy, Chapter
7 liquidation/bankruptcy, residential and commercial short sales,
contract and lease review, title insurance, evictions, corporate planning
and probate, insurance claim disputes as well as divorce and family law.
The firm was founded in November 2004 in Tampa.
Since then our firm has moved to a larger office located
at 9800 Fourth Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33702.

Rhonda Andersen has been with Yesner & Boss, P.L. since early 2010. A graduate from Devry of Chicago and has worked in many financing institutions such as JP Morgan, Sumitomo Bank and ABN – AMRO in downtown Chicago. She has taken her business degree, real estate experience and her financial background and has a talent for educating clients on how they work together. She is currently our liason between our attorneys and our clients. Rhonda strives to offer our clients great customer service and possible solutions to their financial circumstances. She also has her mortgage brokers license and has many years experience with lending and credit repair.
Susan J. Blass joined Yesner & Boss, P.L. in April 2011 and is the Legal Assistant in the bankruptcy department. She was born in Toronto, Canada and has lived in St. Petersburg since 1990. Susan has 20 years experience working in the banking industry in Canada, the United States and the Dominican Republic. She is currently a second year student working towards earning her Paralegal degree. Susan and her son Kevin spend most weekends riding roller coasters at Busch Gardens.
Tony Bradlow is a Law Clerk with Yesner & Boss, P.L., primarily working in the Foreclosure Defense Department. Tony began working for the firm in May of 2011 following his first year of Law School. Tony is currently a second year law student at Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, FL. Before entering Law School, Tony graduated from Florida State University in the Spring of 2010, receiving a B.S. Degree in Real Estate. Tony was born and raised in Tampa, FL and currently lives in St. Petersburg.
Janet W. Brooks joined Yesner & Boss, P.L. in the spring of 2009 as the Negotiations Manager for the firm and oversees the Short Sale Department. She has a strong background in real estate, business, networking and marketing. Janet has been a small business owner and worked eleven years for a consulting firm specializing in urban planning, right-of-way and eminent domain issues in Austin, Texas. Jill Carey joined the firm in May of 2010, and is the Administrative Assistant for the Yesner & Boss team. Jill has over 15 years experience in Supervision and Administrative Assistance. In her spare time she enjoys swimming, going to the beach and spending time with her 4 year old daughter, Makayla. She also has 2 sons Jalen and Jordan who reside in Indiana and play football. Jill is a big Indianapolis Colts fan!
Susan Cather joined the firm in June of 2009, and is the administrative assistant for the team. Susan has over 30 years experience as an administrative assistant. She volunteers in area church ministries and is an active member of her Neighborhood Association. A St. Petersburg native, Susan resides in St. Petersburg with her husband and college-bound son.
Christina Davis is a law clerk with Yesner & Boss, P.L., working in General Litigation and Bankruptcy. Christina was born in San Diego, California and has lived in Southwest Florida since 2009 with her family. Christina began working for the firm in June 2011 and is a third year law student at Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. Before entering law school, Christina worked as a Realtor representing buyers, sellers, and businesses in Northwest Florida and abroad in residential and commercial transactions. Prior to working as a realtor, Christina graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida State University in Fall 2007, receiving a B.A. degree in International Affairs and Political Science.
Joseph M. Demmi Jr. was born and raised in Tampa and has been with the firm since September of 2009. Joseph previously worked for two Fortune 500 Companies as a Sales Associate marketing telecommunications hardware and computer software. Joseph is specialized in Short Sale Negotiations since 2006 and is now responsible for the Settlement Negotiations Department that negotiates Consumer Debt for clients of the Firm. Joseph is currently working towards obtaining his Public Adjusters License. Joseph and his wife Melissa are proud parents of their first son who was born Summer 2008.
Lanni Fiordigigli joined the firm in August of 2011, as a Foreclosure Paralegal. Lanni started her 10 year mortgage foreclosure career at Equitable Mortgage processing foreclosures nationwide. After several years at Equitable Mortgage she moved into a foreclosure supervisory position at Carteret Savings Bank which fell into receivership under to the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). Within the RTC she continued to manage the foreclosure department and the transfer of the bank’s assets. Lanni then took her mortgage foreclosure experience and pursued a position within the legal arena. She now has over 15 years of experience as a Paralegal processing foreclosures for several large lenders and private investors such as Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Chase, BB&T and US Department of Agriculture. Lanni is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and a die hard Steelers fan. Lanni moved to Clearwater, Florida in the Fall of 1986 and enjoys the warm weather, beaches and friendly people. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering at the SPCA of Pinellas County, dabbling in interior design, kayaking, boating and spending time with friends and family. lanni@yesnerboss.com
Christopher Fisher joined Yesner & Boss, P.L., in August 2008. Chris is the Technical Support Manager and is responsible for maintaining the Firm’s website and content, as well as its optimization, and social marketing. Chris obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in December 2006. Wania Flores joined the firm in November of 2010 and is our Client Care Manager at Yesner & Boss, P.L. She has over 5 years experience in Customer Service enabling her to be well qualified in assisting our clients. Wania was born in Puerto Rico raised in Tampa, Fl , and currently lives in St. Petersburg with her son and husband who is Retired from the Military. Wania is active in her church, singing in the Praise Band and enjoys traveling with her family.
Christina Glover is a student at SPC majoring in Accounting. She began working at Yesner & Boss, P.L. in April 2011as an accounting clerk to process cash receipts, credit memos and follow up on collections. She has a strong background in office administration, customer service, and retail. She's a native Floridian, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Debra Goulet joined the firm in November of 2011, as the bankruptcy manager for the firm. Debbie has over 14 years experience as a Paralegal,
specializing in Chapter 7 liquidation, Chapter 13 and 11 Reorganization with creditors and foreclosures with lenders such as Bank of America,
Freddie Mac, Wells Fargo, and US Bank. She enjoys volunteering at her church and son’s Boy Scout Troop. Debbie is originally from Massachusetts,
and now resides in Clearwater with her husband and three sons.
Christina F. Kelly joined Yesner & Boss, P.L. in the summer of 2011 as the Foreclosure Manager for the firm. Chris has 14 years foreclosure experience working with lenders and investors such as JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo Bank, US Bank, Bank of America, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. She is a native New Yorker and moved to Pinellas County in 1998. She is a proud Gator Mom supporting Gator Athletics and enjoys watching her son play Rugby for the University of Florida.
Kelli Larsen is the senior closer at Yesner & Boss, P.L. Kelli joined the team initially as a short sale negotiator and as a part time title processor in early 2010 and by late 2010 was a full time closer in the title dept. Kelli is a licensed title agent and has been in the mortgage and title industry since 2001. Her career started as a mortgage processer and quickly advanced to a licensed agent. Kelli was born in IL and currently resides in Clearwater, FL with her 7 year old son.
LouAnne Nagel joined the title department at Yesner & Boss in August, 2011. A Certified Land Closer since 1985, LouAnne’s experience includes residential, commercial, new construction and short sale expertise. Born in Tallahassee, Florida, she settled in Pinellas County and has enjoyed the many relationships with the real estate community that she has built during her career as a licensed title agent. Attention to detail, providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships have been foundations for her success. She is the proud mother of two sons. Her oldest son, Alex Meiners, is currently stationed in Fort Campbell, Kentucky and is a Specialist with the 101st Airborne Division.
Taylor Oliveri joined Yesner & Boss in December 2011 as the legal assistant in the Tampa office location. Taylor was born in Los Angeles California and moved to Tampa with her family. She has years of exceptional experience with customer service allowing her to give each client at Yesner & Boss the careful attention they deserve. Taylor is a licensed real estate professional dealing with short sales and foreclosures, she is able to better understand the ins and outs to the dynamic real estate market. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends of the Tampa bay area.
Jennifer Olivo joined Yesner & Boss P.L. in May 2011. She holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Education and joins us as Title Processor in our Title Department team. Born in New York, and raised in Boston, Jennifer now enjoys living in Tampa with her two children, Isaac and Isabel. In their free time, they do many outdoor activities, spend time with family and enjoy many trips to Disney.
Sheila Olivo earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Massachusetts, in Lowell in 2002.
Sheila has a strong background in Finance, Sales, Management, networking and marketing. Sheila has worked as an Account executive for Bank of America as well as Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Mortgage Loan Consultant & Washington Mutual as their Loan Specialist in the Tampa area. Sheila was born in the Dominican Republic and was raised in Boston, MA and has resided in Tampa Florida for the past 8 years with her three children Velia, Allen, Lianna & their dog Beethoven. Sheila and her family enjoy their Christian family gatherings as well as deep sea fishing.
Tonya Patterson joined Yesner & Boss, P.L. in February 2010, and is part of the Short Sale Team. Before coming to Yesner & Boss, Tonya was an administrative assistant for 11 years to a mortgage originator and has extensive experience with Short Sale Negotiations, Real Estate Lending, and Closings. In her free time, Tonya enjoys boating and spending time with her husband Mike and teenage daughter tonya@yesnerboss.com
Alexandra Reese is a Law Clerk with Yesner & Boss, P.L., primarily working in the Family Law Department. Alexandra began working for the firm in January of 2011. Alexandra is currently a third year law student at Barry University College of Law in Orlando, FL. Before entering Law School, Alexandra graduated from University of South Florida in the Spring of 2008, receiving a B.A. Degree in Political Science. Alexandra was born and raised in Tampa, FL and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Laura J. Smith-Weyl joined Yesner & Boss, P.L. in July 2010. She received her Paralegal Certificate in 1988 and has worked as a Paralegal in New York in general practice law, specializing in Chapter 7 liquidation and Chapter 13 Reorganization since June 1990. She is a new resident of Florida and stays active singing with the Master Chorale of Tampa Bay, the resident chorus for the Florida Orchestra.
Tiffany Vealey is a recent graduate who obtained her AAS in Paralegal Studies, Summa Cum Laude, from Kaplan University. She has three daughters, ages eleven, four and two. She and her family moved to Florida from Pennsylvania two years ago to enjoy the sunshine and be closer to her immediate family. In her free time she enjoys days at the beach with her daughters.
Sarah Wozniak is a member of Administrative Office Staff for Yesner & Boss, P.L. She joined the firm in August 2011 and has a strong background in office administration and customer service. This experience gives her ability to work confidently with clients as well as performing various office duties. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Sarah moved to Florida to enjoy the sunshine and the beaches as often as possible. In her free time she enjoys reading, swimming, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.”
