As we previously announced, in an effort to better serve our clients our firm has moved its main office to St. Petersburg, Florida from our Tampa location however we our maintaining an office at our Tampa location as well to continue to serve our clients. While Florida ranks behind only Nevada and California in total numbers of foreclosures in the United States, the Pinellas/Hillsborough County area ranks third within the state in foreclosures. New foreclosures in December in the two counties totaled 5,285, ranking only behind Miami-Dade County with 6,580 and Lee County with 6,454, according to RealtyTrac.
